Happy Vibes App - Go Where it’s Happy

By William Freedman

Endless happiness apps have been created in the past, but none of them have ever promised to lead you with an actual map to a location with more happiness.

Creators of the new “Happy Vibes App” have found various methods of monitoring happiness worldwide, one of which is done through placing sound frequency readers placed inside the ground all across Earth. Research shows that the voices and bodies of “the happy” among us vibrate at a certain frequency that is measurable.

These creators are also monitoring various aspects of our lives, such as virtual reality usage, consumption of baked goods, proximity to other humans, and the amount of music heard in each area.

Is it NSA stalky creepy? Perhaps. But all these factors combined have allowed the app to very accurately assess where it is happier at any single moment in time.

Of course, there are some problems that may arise. One being, what if someone immensely sad joins in on a happy pod? Will the said pod make him happy or will he serve as a sad bomb? Creators are saying it can go either way, which is why the happiness vibe is a dynamic app, constantly changing with the movement of people.

But they are working on a new mood app that will perhaps divert people in the direction of like-mooded people. So far their studies show that in some cases sad people uniting with other sad people have led to a flip effect, where, in time they too become happy as a simple outcome of their togetherness. Unfortunately, at other times, these mood clusters have also led to cult cultivation, fires, crime, and the occasional jumping off buildings effect.

What can we say, keep working at it? If you’re in need of a quick happy jolt, I've always found singing Olivia Newton's song 'Loving you' at an extremely high pitched voice has always given me the kick I needed.
