The subjects have walked out into an empty city with a virus on the loose.  Seeing as these people are organic human mutations, they are most likely also vulnerable to the virus.

 

Several pure tech androids have been sent to deal with them. But it is unclear what course of action they will take. Although many humanitarian protesters have been sending endless messages to government officials, without the ability to gather as one their voices have been easily ignored.

 

It seems that the very base of how these new people came to be into existence is immoral; recapturing them or confining them would be even more immoral, but letting them be infected by the disease would be an absolute crime.

 

The president of the Global Council is keeping silence and no one is taking responsibility for these people.

 

For now, it seems like the androids are simply walking alongside these subjects through an empty impasse, simply waiting for a directive.

 

It is perhaps not the best of moments to come out into a new society that created you in a lab. But if one of these persons should come upon this paper, we would like to say; “Welcome to Earth and beyond! Please help yourself to an Endless Lollipop.”
