Apparently, the trials of extreme gene alteration have been going on for several decades and may be connected to Doctor Leopard’s bio-engineered species.

 

The President and the council have not responded to the press, but the children of Rudy’s class have reported that the United Council have been trying to create a genetic human upgrade that would allow humans to breathe in space, underwater, and in extremely cold climates.

 

Protest and uproar have erupted throughout the globe, after all so many independent scientists have suffered the penalties of crossing bioengineering laws. The government’s initiating such experiments in the dark is not only hypocritical, is downright criminal.

 

Who are these people being experimented on? Did they start with embryos? Does another new species, unbeknownst to us, already exist? The public demands to know!
